Washing Instructions: I only recommend washing by hand, as the washing machine may ruin your collar and its’ hardware! Lay flat to dry. You can gently repress your collar with an iron on low/medium heat if desired (polyester setting recommended). Avoid ironing any hardware.
Safety: It is your responsibility to determine if our accessories are suitable for your specific pet and to monitor them while our neckwear is being worn. I am unable to refund or replace your collar if it accumulates any wear and tear from but not limited to; your dog chewing/scratching.
While our collars are made as high quality as possible, no collar is indestructible and we recommend regularly checking for wear and tear and replacing your collar when necessary. Our collars are not intended for pullers or heavy duty use. I do recommend using a harness for leash use for your pet’s comfort and safety. Piper Blue is not responsible for any accidents that may occur from the misuse of our products.
Metal Hardware will likely accumulate cosmetic flaws and/or chipping over time from things like your dog’s activity and environment. This is expected so I am unable to refund or replace items that accumulate cosmetic wear and tear.
